What We Believe
The VA industry can be better. Better for clients who need reliable support. Better for VAs who deserve fair pay and professional development. Better for the businesses that connect them.
That belief drives every decision we make at Tanta Global Assist. We have seen businesses hire repeatedly, only to find that profiles do not match performance. We have seen VAs work hard only to be blamed for gaps in training they received. We have seen the entire market built on lowest-cost competition instead of quality assurance. This approach fails everyone eventually.
Our commitment is to build something different—a system that rewards quality, invests in development, and holds itself accountable for outcomes.
Our Standards
Training is non-negotiable. Every VA we place has earned TGA certification through demonstrated performance, not just seat time. This is not a shortcut we will ever take. We assess communication, judgment, tool proficiency, email management, project coordination, and client-facing readiness. A candidate might pass five modules and fail the assessment because their judgment is not where it needs to be. That is fine. We work with them until it is. Some candidates improve and eventually pass. Some do not. Both outcomes are honest.
Transparency over sales tactics. If a VA is not the right solution for your business, we will tell you. If a candidate is not ready for client work, we will tell them what to improve before placing them. If a placement does not work out, we invest in the corrective work rather than defending a bad match. This costs us in the short term. It builds trust in the long term.
Continuous improvement. Our training, screening, and placement processes evolve based on data. Client feedback shapes training content. When we discover that VAs struggle with a particular skill—calendar management, email triage, document formatting—we update the training to address it. Placement outcomes shape screening criteria. If we see patterns in failed placements, we adjust our assessment to catch those gaps earlier. Every cycle gets better.
Both sides matter. A placement only succeeds when both the client and the VA are set up to win. We invest in both sides because the alternative—optimizing for one at the expense of the other—always fails eventually. A cheap VA paired with a demanding client and no onboarding framework is a disaster waiting to happen. A well-trained VA paired with a client who does not prepare materials or communicate clearly wastes the VA's capability. We work with both to create conditions for success.
Built Different
Veteran-owned. Minority-owned. Built by an instructional designer, not a marketplace developer. Based in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Placing VAs from the Philippines. We are not the biggest VA company. We are building the most trusted one. That means smaller placements, more involvement in each one, and willingness to walk away from deals that do not align with our standards.
