Tanta Global Assist is designing how matching will work once certified graduates are available. No placements have been made yet.
The plan is a structured profile process for candidates that captures not just skills and availability, but working style, communication preferences, and the specific US market segments they are best suited for. Employers would submit structured briefs instead of open-ended requests, which should mean less back-and-forth before a first introduction.
The hypothesis is that when both sides of a match are well described, the fit is easier to evaluate. We have not tested that with real placements yet. Assist is building a certification pathway through TGA Academy, and placements open once certified graduates are available.
We are not taking employer hiring requests at this time. When that changes, we will say so here.
