Tanta Global Assist is building a certification pathway through TGA Academy. Placements open once certified graduates are available. None have been made yet, and we want to be clear about that.
The thinking behind the design: certification should work as a signal that someone else already did the evaluation work, so that a US client can move faster when trust is established up front. That is the hypothesis we are building toward, not a result we have measured.
We expect clarity to matter just as much as credentials. A VA who can say what they offer, who they serve, and what they charge is easier to match. The training is being built to help candidates get there.
We are designing the matching process on both sides, with structured intake for candidates and structured briefs for employers. More to share as it develops.
