Running four companies without a large team requires systems. This issue is about what we are building on the operations side, at a high level, without getting into the weeds.
Content, curriculum, and product development are being moved onto a structured pipeline, where things get built, reviewed, and shipped in a consistent order. The aim is to replace the randomness of early-stage building with something more reliable.
The blog, the video library, and the newsletter are meant to feed the same audience from different angles, and we are still working on getting that cadence right.
The point of all this is not efficiency for its own sake. It is so we can stay focused on the work that actually matters: building better training and, in time, serving clients well.
